1. How long will the performances/appearances last for?
All of our entertainers will require approximately an hour to perform a sound check/rehearsal and familiarize themselves with the room they will be performing in. This can be done immediately prior to the performance but in some circumstances it may be more convenient to rehearse earlier in the day. This will always be agreed with the client.
3. What do we need to provide?
In most cases you will need to provide sound and lighting equipment and professional technicians to ensure the best performance from our entertainers. However we can provide these for you. Please feel free to discuss your needs.
We ask that our artistes are provided with a rest/changing area, refreshments and a meal.
Often, in the case of Final Bow, we sometimes ask that a uniform be provided which the catering staff will be wearing at the event. This allows the singers to blend in with the rest of the staff until their surprise performance.
In some cases travel and overnight expenses may occur.
4. Are celebrity bookings 100% confirmed?
Due to their busy and ever changing work schedules, no celebrity can ever be 100% confirmed for an event. However, they do take every booking very seriously and the chances of them being unavailable for any reason other than illness are very slim. SugarStorm is in the business of making your dreams a possibility and will therefore always suggest a suitable replacement for the celebrity you have booked.
5. How do I pay for a booking?
To secure your booking we require a 50% deposit payable upon signing of the agreement. The remaining 50% is required within 30 days prior to the event date. If the booking is made within 30 days of the event, the full amount is required. Payments can be made by cheque or balance transfer. All payments are non-refundable.
6. What songs do Final Bow perform?
There are several versions of Final Bow in development with set songs in each act. We are happy to discuss with you your musical preferences and suggest a version we feel would be suitable for your event.

- Final Bow's performance lasts approximately 20-30 minutes.
- Celebrity Personal Appearances last between 1-2 hours.
- The Celebrity Cabaret lasts between 30-45 minutes and the artistes will remain at the event for a further hour to mingle with your guests.
- The Entertainers sets can vary. They usually perform a 45-60 minute set or 2 30-40 minute sets. This is at the clients' discretion.
